Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain acts

KUZEL architekti s. r. o. to process personal data of customers to the extent of: company name, company billing address, company ID, VAT ID, registered office address, name and surname of the contact person, job position of the contact person, telephone number, email address, fax, website, cookies

Personal data is processed by KUZEL architekti s. r. o. for the purpose of

  • invoicing of services provided
  • sending email offers of KUZEL architekti s. r. o. products
  • execution of the contract, debt collection

Declares that:

a) The processed personal data of the data subjects will only be for the above-mentioned purposes within the framework of its business activities.
b) Failure to use the operator's product offers by e-mail and telephone does not create a threat of refusal of the contractual relationship.

Common provisions:

The personal data that you provide to the provider via the registration form or direct order must be true, and in the event of their changes, the operator must also be obliged to notify them of their change.

The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, while your rights are governed by the general Regulation EP and R (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. e.g. right upon written request first:

Right of access

  • You have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information about how we use your personal data. In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in paper form, unless otherwise provided by the parties. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.

Right to rectification

  • We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we hold about you. If you believe that the data we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please ask us to correct, amend or supplement this information.

Right to erasure

  • In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data, for example where the personal data we have received is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed or where you withdraw your consent to the processing. Your right needs to be assessed in the light of all the relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations which mean we will not be able to comply.

Right to restriction of processing

  • In certain circumstances, you have asked us to stop using your personal data. This may be the case where you believe that the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or where you believe that we no longer need to use your personal data.

Right to data portability

  • In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you provide to us to another third party of your choosing. However, the right to portability only applies to personal data that you have obtained based on consent or on the basis of a contract to which you are a party.

Right to object

  • You have the right to object to the processing of your data that is based on our legitimate interests (for example, we process personal data for network and infrastructure security purposes). If we do not have a compelling legitimate reason for the processing and have heard the objection, we will no longer process your personal data.

Rights related to automated decision-making

  • You have the right to object to automated decision-making, including profiling, which produces legal or similar significant consequences for you. The Company does not typically use automated decision-making or profiling in the employment context.

Right to withdraw consent

  • In most cases, we do not process your personal data based on your consent. However, we may ask for your consent in a specific situation. In the event that we do so, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the further use of your personal data.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe that we are processing your personal data unfairly or unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, https://dataprotection.gov.sk, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27;  tel. číslo: +421 /2/ 3231 3214; E-mail: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk.   

Personal data will be stored by KUZEL architekti s. r. o. in accordance with the Act on Archives and Registries, the Act on Accounting and the Act on VAT for a period of 10 years following the year to which it relates (the year in which the last invoice was issued).

Personal data intended for marketing purposes will be stored by KUZEL architekti s. r. o. for a period of 10 years from the date of consent, or until the consent is withdrawn by the data subject.

The data subject may request the correction of personal data, restriction of processing or deletion.
